Customers who wish to buy medicine from us must first agree with our terms and conditions before they can make a purchase. Of course, we also have several points which we agree to adhere to. Wizzpharmacy.com withholds the right to add, edit or remove content from our website at any time - without prior notice, and customers are advised to check our terms and conditions each time before they make a purchase.

Wizzpharmacy.com Terms

• Wizzpharmacy.com will supply generic and brand name drugs, which are manufactured by Canadian, Indian and Mexican manufacturers as well as several other countries. All drugs sold are for personal use only. All generic and brand name drugs sold are produced in accordance with international standards set in place by the FDA (the United States Food and Drug Administration) and the WHO (the World Health Organization).
• Wizzpharmacy.com will facilitate every step of the importation via our network of generic and brand name drug suppliers. Orders are prepared for dispatch in the nearest international dispatch hub to the customer. The country of origin will be marked on the exterior of the package.
• Wizzpharmacy.com will post your medicine to the address input on the checkout page. We do have checks in place to verify addresses, but we will not be held responsible for an incorrectly input address. Customers should always double check that they have input the correct delivery details.
• Wizzpharmacy.com will provide the customer with a tracking ID for their parcel along with an estimated delivery schedule. On top of this, Wizzpharmacy.com will personally track each order to ensure a safe delivery at the customers address.
• Wizzpharmacy.com will resend any goods that do not arrive within the estimated timeframe. The estimated timeframe will be emailed to the customer after payment has been completed. After the time has passed, our team will arrange to resend the order.
• Wizzpharmacy.com will not share customer information with a third party. All information submitted on our website is protected by SSL encryption. Furthermore, Wizzpharmacy.com will not contact the customers physician to inform them of the purchase at our drugstore.
• Wizzpharmacy.com does not deal with and will not ship narcotics (controlled drugs) of any description including but not limited to benzodiazepines, non-benzodiazepines (z drugs) and opiate analgesic drugs.

Customer Terms

• The customer understands that the content published on our website is solely for informational purposes and is not intended to replace a consultation with a qualified physician.
• The customer understands that they should not take generic or brand name drugs without first consulting their physician to determine the drugs suitability for treating their condition and rule out any possibility of allergic reactions or contraindications with other medications they are taking.
• The customer understands that they are making purchase of generic or brand name drugs which are entirely for their own personal use, and are strictly not for reselling.
• The customer understands and agrees not to share their medication with anyone, including with family member or friends that may be suffering from a similar condition.
• The customer understands that delivery can take up to xx days, and agrees to wait for the estimated time period indicated at the time of purchase before making complaints about orders being late or missing.
• The customer understands and agrees to act fairly and always contact Wizzpharmacy.com first with a problem or complaint. Mistakes can happen, but we are a legitimate company and we will always deal with you fairly.
• The customer understands that all medicine comes with potential side effects and that are responsible for carefully reading and following the usage and dosage guidelines in the patient information leaflet.
• The customer understands and agrees to store their medicine in a cool dry place, which is not in direct sunlight, and which is out of the reach of children (anyone under the age of 18 years).
